  • Initial retainers are non-refundable.

    Should we do a 60 day refund policy that does not include retainer fee?

    Beyond 60 days is non-refundable?

    I like the idea of being able to refund if we are able to fill their spot, but don’t like the idea of allowing a transfer unless we’re able to vet them. Maybe we could add a waitlist type of thing if we have people we vet and do like but don’t have space for?
