Set between the coast and the mountains, during peak autumn, here, 14 hand-picked women (and our experienced support team) will gather for the kind of soul-healing, sisterhood experience that will imprint itself upon your memories and your life, long after you leave. Spending nearly a week together, diving deep into the reclamation of pleasure, safety, sensation, rest and play, all from a trauma-informed, female nervous system perspective.

Set in a mountain town in the Appalachian range and held during peak foliage season, this experience invites you to immerse yourself in crisp air, riverfront beauty, and the slower rhythm of an East Coast autumn.
